Nfinit Lending Corporation (the “Company”) is the sole owner of this website. Online visitors of this website for the purpose of inquiring about loans provided by the Company shall be referred to as “Applicant”, “I”, and “my”.

Applicant Information

The Applicant agrees and covenants as follows:

          I.            All personal and/or professional information, and supporting documents in relation thereto, which I have provided the Company for the purpose of my loan application are valid, true and correct in fact and in law;

        II.            The maintenance of confidentiality of all personal and/or professional information, and supporting documents in relation thereto, which I have submitted to the Company through the website shall be my sole responsibility;

     III.            I fully understand that it is also my sole responsibility to ensure that the communication lines and/or internet connection I am using to access the website are secure and protected;

      IV.            Any error, falsity and/or misrepresentation, whether intentional or otherwise, regarding the personal and/or professional information, and supporting documents in relation thereto, which I have submitted to the Company through the website, shall be grounds for the denial of my loan application. In the event that my loan application has already been approved prior to the discovery of such error, falsity and/or misrepresentation, such loan approval shall be cancelled or terminated effective immediately;

        V.            Notwithstanding the complete submission of all personal and/or professional information, and supporting documents in relation thereto, I fully understand that it is the sole prerogative of the Company whether or not to approve my loan application;

      VI.            In the event that there are material change/s involving my personal and/or professional information, and supporting documents in relation thereto, which I have already submitted to the Company through the website, it is my sole responsibility to inform the Company immediately of such change/s. Failure to comply shall result in the cancellation or termination of my loan application, at any stage of the loan application process, with finality effective immediately;

   VII.            I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions herein set forth governing the submission of all personal and/or professional information, and supporting documents in relation thereto, of the Company for the purpose of loan application through the website, and I expressly consent and agree to be bound by such Terms & Conditions.   

Liability

The Applicant agrees to assure and hold the Company, its directors, officers, managers, supervisors, employees, affiliates, and third party service providers free and harmless from any and all expenses, costs, losses and/or damages arising from any violation of the contents of this website, including, but not limited to, the Terms & Conditions set forth herein.

The Company reserves the right to alter, update, add and/or change any information on the website without any prior notice.
